Purpose

 

Determine and implement systems to address the problems related to attendance, tardies, and truancy.

Review new course proposals; give feedback on curriculum development; analyze data for curricular decisions and instructional improvement; gather information and report on Atlas; periodically review other academic concerns.

Determine what academic support systems and interventions are used and needed.

 

Identify what we are we doing with Tier 2 to the 1stpower, Tier 2 to the 2ndpower, and Tier 3 interventions.

 

Determine role of Student Focus Team and how to address Tier 3 students.

Create and review budget proposals for upcoming school year.

Implement and monitor systemic changes created last year

 

Possibly have conversation around course names, credits, transcripts, curriculum.

Plan celebrations including but not limited to weddings, births, and retirements.

 

Urge staff to contribute to Sunshine Fund.

 

Plan staff holiday parties.

 

Plan all-staff events.
